You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards, managing team performance, supporting recruitment and training initiatives, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. You are the main person on location managing the client relationship, the payroll cost and the efficiency of the housekeeping performance. You will work closely with hotel management, Team Leaders, and housekeeping staff to drive operational success and guest satisfaction.
