In this role, reporting to the Solutions Group TA Lead, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, the Talent Attraction team, and cross-functional partners to understand staffing requirements and execute effective recruitment plans. You will post job requisitions, actively source candidates through various channels, and build qualified talent pipelines with a strong emphasis on teamwork, trustworthiness, automation, and AI tools. Additionally, you will perform necessary reporting and data tracking, conduct initial screenings and interviews, manage the interview process in close partnership with hiring teams, support offer negotiations, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and maintain accuracy across applicant tracking systems. The position is based on-site at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest with hybrid work options.
