As our Business Analyst Regulatory Reporting, you are responsible for analyzing business and IT requirements within the Finance and Regulatory Reporting domain and supporting the delivery of technology-enabled solutions that create business value. You work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, data teams, and IT delivery teams across the value chain to ensure regulatory reporting processes are efficient, compliant, and future-proof. We are looking for a professional who can navigate complexity, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support the implementation of regulatory reporting initiatives. You are analytical, data-driven, and eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems. Your team You will be working in the Regulatory Reporting IT delivery team which is part of the Finance & Risk IT domain. Regulatory Reporting IT team is responsible for managing the IT landscape for our regulatory reporting business value stream and to support our colleagues in Finance to submit reports to regulators, bound to critical deadlines. You will report to the domain IT manager for the Finance & Risk IT team. Main Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and processes across the Finance and Regulatory Reporting value chain, identifying dependencies and improvement opportunities; - Perform detailed data analysis to support regulatory reporting requirements, root cause investigations, reconciliations, and impact analyses; - Support the identification, evaluation, and recommendation of solutions for improving business processes and IT systems in alignment with the organization's IT strategy and target architecture; - Contribute to the design and implementation of regulatory reportin...
