You're a sparring partner, coach, and code reviewer all in one. You join refinements, think along about architecture, and conduct development talks. You work closely with other Team Leads and your Development Manager. And in the meantime, you make sure your team runs smoothly and enjoys their work. You recognize yourself in the following - More than 6 years of experience with C# and broad knowledge of both back end and front end. - Experience as a leader in a Scrum/Agile environment. - Skilled at giving feedback and coaching colleagues. - Focus on balancing technical quality and business value. - Familiar with data stores such as Oracle and AWS in international teams.
