As a Sales Consultant at Jelle, you'll help companies grow by connecting them with the right people. You'll listen to clients' staffing needs and brainstorm solutions that really work. You build relationships with companies, understand their challenges and translate them into concrete HR solutions. Together with recruiters, you then ensure the perfect match between candidate and organization. You work purposefully, see commercial opportunities and turn ideas into concrete actions. Your approach creates long-term collaborations with customers.
