We are looking for a driven Project Manager who plays a key role in successfully delivering IT projects and providing excellent service to our customers. What will you do? As Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and successfully completing a variety of IT projects within our organization. You make sure all teams involved work well together, project goals are clear and customer expectations are exceeded. You are the central point of contact for both internal teams and customers, while monitoring progress and quality throughout the project. Your role includes: - Coordinating and leading IT projects from start to finish for both SMEs and larger organizations; - Acting as the central point of contact for technical teams, customers and other stakeholders; - Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met; - Communicating project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders; - Preparing detailed project plans and reports; - Identifying risks and challenges and proactively addressing them; - Encouraging collaboration between teams to translate customer needs into efficient and effective IT solutions; - Coordinating IT migrations, implementations of new technologies and service improvements.
