You operate and adjust machinery, monitor the production process and take action when something is not running as it should.Your responsibilities include: - Setting up, operating and changing over production machines; - Monitoring the production process and product quality; - Performing quality checks and measurements; - Identifying and resolving minor machine malfunctions; - Carrying out basic first-line maintenance; - Working according to safety, quality and production procedures; - Keeping your workplace clean and organised; - Working together with colleagues to achieve production targets; - Thinking along about improvements to the production process.
