You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibilities.Your tasks include: - Supporting the setup and operation of production machines; - Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery; - Checking products for quality and identifying deviations; - Helping to resolve minor machine issues together with your colleagues; - Following work instructions and safety procedures; - Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised; - Thinking along about ways to improve quality, safety and efficiency. You don't have to know everything from day one. You will learn the production process on the job and receive guidance from experienced colleagues. You will work full-time in a 3-shift schedule: - Morning: 06:00 - 14:00 - Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00 - Night: 22:00 - 06:00 Wat we je bieden At Aalberts, you get more than just a production job.
