About this role
In this role, you work as a logistics employee in a fixed warehouse location in Amsterdam, where you help prepare major events across the Netherlands. Your day starts with collecting and checking orders to ensure all event equipment is complete and ready. You work closely with various departments to make sure everything runs smoothly and prepare transport carts for the expedition department. During busy months, you work flexible shifts, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts to get every event ready on time. Responsibilities - Picking and gathering orders based on event requirements - Checking collected orders for accuracy and completeness - Communicating and coordinating with various internal departments - Preparing transport carts and materials for expedition - Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing event goods - Assisting with technical cleaning or the dishwashing area if preferred - Maintaining a tidy, organized, and safe warehouse environment We are looking for - Experience in logistics or hospitality - Good command of the English language - Reliable work ethic and flexible mindset - Availability to work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts We offer - Hourly wage of € 15.50 gross per hour - Working via Staffice at our client location - Public transport travel allowance - Weekly and flexible payout - 8% holiday allowance - Accumulation of holiday days - Personal guidance and support from Staffice Why Staffice? - Personal attention and clear agreements - Fast and accurate weekly payout of your worked hours - Dedicated guidance and short communication lines with your contact person - Opportunities to develop your skills and grow within your role
