As a technical production employee in Warmenhuizen, you will join a committed team and work with modern machinery. You will help set up, operate and maintain production lines. You will be given plenty of responsibility in an environment where teamwork and personal development are key. About the function As a technical production employee, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and checking machines on the production floor every day. You make sure the lines run smoothly and carry out basic technical tasks, such as replacing parts and solving minor malfunctions. You work closely with your colleagues and help each other when the pace picks up or something goes wrong. You also make sure everything stays clean and safe, and clean your workstation at the end of the day. You will work in a two-shift schedule. The day shift starts between 06:00 and 07:00 and ends at 15:00/16:00. The evening shift starts between 15:00 and 16:00 and ends at 00:00/01:00. On top of your salary, you can expect an average shift allowance of 125% per hour.
