As Financial Administrator in the Finance and Control (F&C) team of the Asser Institute, your role is to support in general financial administrative tasks, including but not limited to booking purchase invoices, processing reimbursements, and booking bank transactions. It will be your task to support the Financial Controller, who is responsible for overseeing audit, control and compliance tasks, drafts the yearly budget, quarterly prognosis and monthly liquidity overviews, and supports the Executive Board with relevant management information. There is a possibility to grow in the role and gradually take on activities, tasks and responsibilities related to financial control. With the retirement of the financial controller in a few years, there is the option to transition to this role following an open vacancy procedure. To this end, we are seeking a candidate that works independently, brings new ideas, and is willing to grow and develop within the role.
