As a Customer Service Representative, you are the point of contact for our members via email, phone, or social DMs. You ensure that everyone feels heard and helped. You are the voice and the face of TICA - and thanks to your efforts, our customer satisfaction remains at a top level. Where Will You Work and What Will You Do? Job Extra Image What Will You Do? - Answering questions from our TICA members and helping them with a big smile. - Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and social media messages professionally. - Processing and keeping customer data up to date in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). - Actively thinking along about improvements in the customer experience. - Working closely with colleagues from other departments to resolve questions quickly and effectively. Who are You? - You have an MBO+ level of work and thinking. - CRM systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365) are familiar territory for you. - You speak and write fluent Dutch and English - additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus. - You have strong communication skills - customer focus is in your DNA. - You work accurately, stay calm when it's busy, and think in solutions.
