Jouw baan As Housekeeping Supervisor, you work together with the housekeeping team and help make sure everything runs smoothly during the day. You will: - Supervise and support the housekeeping team - Check guest rooms and make sure they meet the required quality standards - Help organise the daily work and divide tasks within the team - Support and train new colleagues - Keep an eye on planning, quality and productivity - Communicate with the hotel and your EW colleagues - Help the team when needed Work Schedule - Between 09:00 and 16:30, - 30-35 hours per week. - At least 2 weekends per month. Wij bieden - Gross hourly wage from €16.70, depending on your work experience* - Salary paid every 4 weeks, giving you 13 payments per year - Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre when travelling more than 20 kilometres per day - 8% holiday allowance, paid in May - 10% accrual of holiday hours and a 5% year-end bonus - 26 vacation days based on full-time employment, plus an extra day off on your birthday - An 8-month contract, including a 1-month probationary period, with the possibility of a permanent contract - Training and development opportunities to help you keep learning and growing *Gross hourly wage applies from age 20.
