Open Positions Control Framework Specialist About this role Client: New10 (Part of ABN AMRO) To deliver New10'Credit Risk Operational Control Framework (OCF) Key Controls within the targeted due dates, in line with the approved Credit Risk OCF methodology, defined Credit Risk value chain scope and Reference Controls. The initial CR OCF design is targeted for end October 2026, enabling implementation and execution from 2027, in line with ECB expectations. The external resources will report to the Lead of Credit Risk Control, but will work closely with the internal New10 Risk Control team (located in Amsterdam), relevant 1st line colleagues and 2nd Line CR Control Team SPOCs across the CR value chain, as an integrated delivery team. Results - Delivering the New10 CR OCF Key control set, applying the CR OCF methodology, scope and Reference Controls in close cooperation with 2nd Line CR Control Team. - Working with 2nd Line CR Control Team identify existing key controls, close gaps, and ensure complete capture in the control register. - Managing the review, challenge and approval cycle of the New10 OCF deliverables, including incorporation of feedback and coordination of sign offs. - Preparing the implementation approach and communication for internal New10 alignment. Your skills - Hands on experience with Operational Control Frameworks and process/data control design in a financial services context. - Ability to define control requirements, assess existing controls, perform gap analysis, and maintain control registers. - Comfortable working with SPOCs and 1LoD/2LoD functions, translating methodology into practical, implementable controls. The external resource will report to the Lead of Credit Risk Control (expected to join the Credit Risk Control team 1 day per week), but will work closely with the internal New10 Risk Control team as part of delivery team (at the New10 Office).
