You lead complex transformation initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and build communities and capabilities that strengthen data maturity across the organization. Leveraging your hands-on experience in Data Management and Data Governance, you act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, Process Owners, and Data Experts, translating Data & AI ambitions into practical adoption and implementation approaches that deliver lasting change. Your job You play a central role in strengthening ABN AMRO's Data & AI capabilities and maturity. You work across capabilities, business domains and stakeholder groups to ensure Data & AI processes, standards and ways of working are successfully adopted and embedded in everyday practice. Recognizing that capabilities differ in maturity, business impact and regulatory context, you help determine where standardization adds value and where tailored approaches are needed. A key part of your role is leading and growing ABN AMROs Data & AI communities while driving adoption, capability-building and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, working closely with Data Management Experts, Data Business Partners, Process Owners and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, dirve improvements and create lasting organizational impact.
