At Rituals, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Data Scientist to take ownership of our marketing measurement initiatives. You will be a driving force behind our measurement triangle, bringing together Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Incrementality Testing. In this role, you will turn complex data into clear direction for our marketing teams, helping shape smarter budget decisions and stronger campaign performance. You will not only build and improve models but also act as a trusted advisor who translates technical outcomes into practical recommendations. Working closely with digital, marketing, and data colleagues, you will help us strengthen our measurement capabilities and create a more connected view of impact across channels. It is a role with visible business impact, where curiosity, ownership, and thoughtful challenge are just as important as technical depth. Share your Talent - You will drive our Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives.
