In this role, you will take full ownership of our Paid Social campaigns from start to finish, managing everything from technical setup to final execution. You will work within established frameworks but will have the autonomy to make informed decisions that improve our processes and drive performance. Your work will directly impact how we reach and engage our customers across multiple European markets. By collaborating closely with our analytics, creative, and commercial teams, you will help evolve our marketing operations. You will also stay ahead of platform updates and ad tech changes to keep our strategies fresh and effective. How you embrace curiosity daily - Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns with deep focus on Meta as the primary channel, delivering against performance targets including ROAS, CPA, and traffic volume.
