As a Front Office Supervisor, you are part of the Front Office team, which consists of the Front Desk, Concierge, Porters, and Guest Relations. In this role, you work closely with your three fellow supervisors and report directly to our Front Office Manager. You collaborate closely with the team but also have plenty of opportunities to take on tasks independently. What will you be doing? As a Front Office Supervisor, you are the first point of contact for both guests and colleagues, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You lead a team of front office agents, concierges, porters, and reservations staff. During your shift, you are responsible for coordinating tasks and ensuring seamless communication between the Front Office and other departments. Additionally, you play a key role in training, guiding, and coaching (new) employees, helping them feel at home quickly and perform at their best. A clear and structured shift handover is second nature to you. Together with the Front Office Manager, you work on various projects to continuously enhance the guest experience and operational processes. Where will you be doing this?
