The Function: ICT Specialist As an ICT Specialist , you are responsible for managing and optimizing the IT environment within the organization. You ensure that applications, systems and integrations function smoothly and contribute to digital innovation . Your responsibilities: - Application Management & IT Support: Monitor the performance and availability of various systems, including ERP (Exact Globe) , WMS, PIM and e-commerce platforms. - Project leadership & innovation: Implementing IT transitions and digital optimizations . - Analysis & Troubleshooting: Hands-on failure analysis, resolution or escalation to vendors. - Strategic consulting & implementation: Advising on new software, outsourcing and process optimization. - IT Architecture & Documentation: Establish and maintain sound IT structure and system integrations. - Supplier Management & Budget Monitoring: Negotiate with suppliers and manage IT costs.
