Engineering & Application Manager 3 - higher vocational education Growing at the UvA Build the Data Infrastructure Behind Humanities Research As Engineering & Application Manager, you work with the data that humanities researchers depend on, ranging from web archives and social media data to institutional collections. You design and build the pipelines that collect this data, the infrastructure that stores and serves it, and the tools researchers use to work with it. You will join the Tech Team of the Humanities Labs, working alongside engineers, data scientists, and researchers from labs across the faculty. Much of your work centers on 4CAT, a widely used tool for capturing and analyzing online data, which you'll help maintain and extend, including with new LLM and multimodal capabilities.
