Functie-eisen Required Skills - Strong program and stakeholder management. - Deep knowledge of data/BI lifecycle. - Experience with large cross‑domain data programs. - Ability to simplify technical content for business consumption. - Proven ability to maintain alignment under ambiguity. - Experience with data migration programs, preferably including GCP‑based migrations. Success Criteria - Reliable business sign‑offs for migration waves. - Predictable, sequenced UAT cycles. - Clear and consistent Cargo-wide communication. - Mitigated cross‑team blockers and improved planning accuracy.
