What you'll do As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Mako EMEA, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional brand strategy that drives adoption, customer engagement and long-term portfolio growth. Working across Europe and in close partnership with Global Marketing, Product Management, Sales Leadership and local marketing teams, you will ensure Mako remains at the centre of our Joint Replacement growth strategy. You will: - Develop and execute the long-term EMEA Mako brand strategy - Integrate Mako into annual marketing plans across the Knee and Hip portfolios - Lead pan-EMEA marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives - Partner with US upstream and downstream marketing teams to align global and regional priorities - Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, commercial leaders and key opinion leaders - Develop scalable marketing assets and programmes that can be localised across Europe - Support product lifecycle management, launches and portfolio growth...
