We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Eetcafé de Boerderij on Ameland. Whether you are looking for a position for a few months or a long-term stay, both options are available. What Will You Do? As a Kitchen Assistant, you will help our chefs keep the kitchen running smoothly. Your main duties include: - Helping with basic food preparation - Washing dishes and kitchen equipment - Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organised - Preparing ingredients and supplies for service - Assisting chefs during busy lunch and dinner services - Unpacking and storing deliveries - Taking care of general kitchen cleaning - Supporting your team wherever needed No professional chef experience required-we are looking for someone motivated, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team! About Us Eetcafé de Boerderij is a modern and lively restaurant located in an authentic old farmhouse in the village of Ballum on Ameland, one of the Dutch Wadden Islands.
