About the team and role Our Team Our team is part of the Teijin Aramid Research & Innovation Centre (RIC). Aramids are used in a broad range of applications from tire reinforcement, mooring of floating wind turbines at sea, ballistic solutions, to heat protective apparel for firefighters. By combining knowledge about our own products, our customers' production processes, and end-user applications, we work on improvements and innovations every day. RIC employs over 100 passionate scientists, who work closely with our customers, our colleagues from Marketing & Sales and our production sites. Your role In this role, you'll collaborate with experienced colleagues to develop state of the art ballistic protective materials and solutions that safeguard Law Enforcement Officers and Military Personnel. You'll play a key role in supporting research and development activities and ensuring successful product launches.
