About this role

For our client ASML in Veldhoven, we are looking for multiple Assembly Technicians who want to contribute to the production and qualification of world-leading lithography systems used in the semiconductor industry. In this role, you'll work on complex modules and high-tech assemblies within an ultra-clean environment, helping to build some of the most advanced machines in the world. Wie zoeken we? We are looking for candidates who have: MBO Level 4 education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Aviation Technology or a similar technical field At least 1 year of experience in a high-tech manufacturing or precision engineering environment Experience with mechanical assembly and technical drawings Affinity with electronics and/or optics Experience with SAP-ME and Microsoft Office is an advantage Good computer skills Strong attention to detail and quality Good command of the English language, both spoken and written Experience with working in a cleanroom or contamination-controlled environments is a plus and of course your fine motor skills are top notch. A full-time position (40 hours per week) Temporary assignment for 12 months 2 shift position Opportunity to work in an innovative high-tech manufacturing environment Extensive onboarding and training opportunities Good hourly pay between €19,38 and €20,73 27 days of paid annual leave 13 additional ADV (working time reduction) days 13th month salary, paid annualy Annual bonus based upon company result Functieomschrijving Your responsibilities include: Assembling complex mechanical modules and sub-assemblies Integrating modules into complete high-tech systems Performing adjustments according to technical specifications Executing qualification and functionality tests Conducting leak tests, high-voltage tests and other validation activities Supporting system qualification activities on scanners in Veldhoven Replacing parts and performing corrective actions when required Cleaning sensitive high-tech components and surfaces Identifying and resolving technical issues during assembly Reporting deviations and improvement opportunities Working with SAP and Excel to update procedures, logbooks and production information Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety and cycle time Approximately 60% of your time will be focused on assembly activities and scanner support, while the remaining 40% consists of testing and qualification activities.
