Learning Sciences | Educational Sciences internship: designing learning solutions Beschrijving Introduction The S&SC Academy focuses on enabling business teams through high-quality learning solutions that improve skills and performance. This internship contributes to strengthening and standardizing the Academy's service offering while improving how learning is designed and delivered. You will help translate learning needs into structured, scalable solutions that support business impact. You will work in a collaborative environment where your ideas directly shape learning experiences for diverse users. This role offers hands-on experience in learning science within a high-tech context. Your assignment In this internship, you will support the development of consistent, high-quality learning services and help create engaging learning experiences for business users. You will collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to improve ways of working and build sustainable solutions. Your main responsibilities will be: - Design and develop engaging learning solutions using learning science and adult learning principles. - Conduct learning needs analyses and translate business needs into effective learning interventions. - Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to create impactful learning experiences. - Create e-learnings, classroom training materials, videos and performance support tools. - Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of learning services. - Develop templates, guidelines and reusable learning assets. This is a bachelor's or master's internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 6 months, a minimum 32 hours per week (including 3 days on-site).
