You are the connecting link between preparation and execution and play a key role in managing teams on-site. With your oversight, pragmatic approach, and eye for quality, you ensure that projects are successfully delivered. What will you be doing? - Project preparation: Reviewing drawings, coordinating with clients, preparing work schedules, and liaising with other involved parties to ensure a smooth start - Guiding execution: Managing onsite teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, quality, and safety on the construction site - Creating and overseeing schedules: Developing realistic timelines and actively adjusting them when necessary - Digital project administration: Maintaining project documentation, work orders, weekly reports, and other records - Final settlements and aftercare: Ensuring correct financial processing and effective wrap-up after project delivery What we expect from you - Higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level, with at least a completed vocational MBO-4 qualification in a relevant technical field - 3-5 years of...
