You ensure that targets related to quality, delivery reliability, safety, and productivity are achieved. At the same time, you create a work environment where employees can develop, collaborate, and perform at their best. You are visible on the work floor, encourage ownership, and know how to coach and motivate people. Through your clear communication and future-oriented vision, you contribute to the continued development of both the team and the organization. You will be part of the Engineering Management Team, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. Together with fellow managers, you lead the complete engineering organization and help define the strategic direction of Engineering. In this role, you work closely with the Manager Account Engineering, Customer Focus Teams, Unit Managers and your colleagues within the Engineering Management Team.
