About this role

This role is based in Poland and runs on a shift schedule: 5 days a week, Mon–Sun, in 8-hour shifts between 7 AM–7 PM.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Chat & Email Support: Be the first point of contact. Help users understand our platform, answer questions, and guide them toward their business needs.Troubleshoot Tech: Troubleshoot and escalate issues, finding creative fixes, and work closely with our tech and product teams to keep customer campaigns running smoothly.Onboard & Guide: Run occasional onboarding calls and coach new clients on best practices — turning beginners into confident GetResponse users.Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with colleagues to improve our tools. Your work contributes directly to the product roadmap and better tools.Shift Work: Work 5 days a week (Mon–Sun) in 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM — designed to fit around your lifestyle. 🚀 What You’ll Bring

Languages: Fluent in Polish and English (C1+ level) and German (B2 level) – bonus points if you speak French, Spanish, or another European language.Tech & Marketing Curious: You enjoy learning new tools, understand digital marketing basics, and teach others with ease.Fast Learner: You adapt fast and thrive on technical problem-solving.Multi-Tasker: You stay organized and handle several conversations at once.Great Communicator: Friendly, clear, fast-typing, and able to simplify technical topics.People Person: Empathetic, positive, and collaborative with both customers and teammates. 💰 What we offer

Transparent Salary: 6,000–6,500 PLN gross/month (employment contract), and up to 1,000 PLN commission for reaching goals.
