About this role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business growth and expand GetResponse’s presence in the polish market. You will manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – in a dynamic, global SaaS environment. Success in this role is measured by achieving your sales targets and proactively managing your sales pipeline.

Main Tasks:

actively generate and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects aligned with GetResponse’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)engage potential clients through a mix of cold-calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn networking. Qualify inbound leads and convert them into active sales opportunities conduct thorough discovery calls using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to identify client needs, pain points, and budgetlead negotiations, present value propositions, and close new business agreementsdevelop deep product expertise to effectively communicate GetResponse’s features, benefits, and competitive advantagesmaintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales activity act as a company representative during industry events and conferences continuously improve sales skills and stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices Requirements:

minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software salesproven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsPolish proficiency (near-native level) in both spoken and written communicationEnglish proficiency (B2 level) in both spoken and written communicationability to manage multiple opportunities independently and drive full sales cycles strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executivesSalary range:

Contract of Employment: 7 500 - 9 000 PLN gross monthly + monthly sales commissionB2B contract: 400-525 PLN net/man-day + monthly sales commissionExtra perks include*:
