We are looking for a talented Event & Corporate Communication Manager (m/f/x). The Communication Manager Events & Employer Brand is responsible for developing and delivering integrated communication strategies that strengthen the visibility, reputation and impact of the Paperjam Club and the Paperjam brand across all Paperjam communication channels. The role designs, manages and executes the annual Paperjam Club communication plan and leads the promotion of Club events before, during and after each event. It also drives Paperjam's employer branding and coordinates corporate communication initiatives in collaboration with Human Resources and the Executive Committee. Working closely with the Club Director and all Club teams, the Communication Manager combines strategic thinking, creativity, strong writing skills, data-driven decision-making and AI-assisted communication to maximise audience engagement, brand awareness and business impact. Key Responsibilities Communication & Events • Design, manage and execute the annual communication plan in line with the Club's strategic objectives ; • Design and maintain communication kits for each event format, defining key messages, content, assets, channels and timelines to ensure consistent and effective promotion ; • Develop integrated campaigns across all Paperjam communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning and editorial quality ; • Lead communication for Paperjam Club events before, during and after each event to maximise registrations, engagement, partner visibility and post-event impact ; • Identify new trends, formats and communication opportunities to strengthen the visibility of the Paperjam Club and Paperjam brands. Content, Social Media & Community Management • Write, edit and coordinate high-quality content across social media, newsletters, websites, media partners, advertising, video, photography and print ; • Lead the day-to-day community management of Paperjam Club's social media channels and foster active, engaged online communities ; • Develop platform-specific content strategies to increase audience growth, visibility and engagement ; • Monitor social media performance and continuously optimise content based on analytics and audience insights ; • Support Paperjam journalists in optimising the reach and impact of their content on social media. Employer Branding & Corporate Communication • Develop and promote Paperjam's employer brand across all Paperjam communication channels ; • Showcase Paperjam's culture, values, people and career opportunities through compelling content and storytelling ; • Coordinate corporate communication initiatives in collaboration with Human Resources and the Executive Committee ; • Ensure consistency across event, employer brand and corporate communication. Performance, Innovation & AI • Monitor communication performance through defined KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements ; • Use AI as an integral part of everyday communication workflows to enhance creativity, productivity and campaign performance while maintaining editorial quality and brand consistency ; • Stay ahead of communication trends, social media developments and emerging technologies. Profile • Ideally a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or a related field ; • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in communication, marketing or event communication ; • Strong interest in Luxembourg's business environment and in economic, technological and sustainability topics ; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities ; • Proven experience developing integrated communication campaigns and managing social media communities ; • Excellent command of LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, including platform-specific content creation, community engagement and audience development ; • Experience with additional social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads or emerging platforms is an asset ; • Experience with a social media management platform such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Agorapulse, Buffer or equivalent is an asset ; • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and video content production ; • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines ; • Creative, proactive, collaborative and results-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset ; • Comfortable using AI-powered communication and content creation tools as part of everyday work.
