**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** Lead activated-carbon technology selection, pilot validation, execution of the first commercial module and customer qualification. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** · Evaluate feedstock, activation, washing and drying processes. · Lead RFQs, technology due diligence and verification of supplier references. · Define water- and mining-grade product requirements. · Manage laboratory and customer-sample qualification programmes. · Lead EPC execution and commissioning of the first commercial module. · Prepare a phased scale-up path to larger capacity. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABI
