About this role
Your mission As Admin, Internships & Jobs Officer, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout their journey, from the administrative management of their Bruxelles Formation contracts to their transition into internships and employment. Combining administrative rigour with a strong people focus, you will help create the conditions for students to access meaningful professional opportunities and successfully take their next steps into the workplace. Main responsibilities 1. Bruxelles Formation follow-up & student administration Administrative management of Bruxelles Formation contracts. Administrative management of training certificates. Monthly declaration of students' training hours. Regular administrative availability and handling of students' individual questions/cases. 2. Jobs & internships Review students' CVs and support them in improving their applications. Share student CVs with sponsors and partner companies, and liaise with them on recruitment needs and opportunities. Review incoming job and internship offers, share relevant opportunities with students, and support the matching process between students and employers. Follow up on ongoing internships through to completion. Tracking integration-related KPIs, in collaboration with the Impact Lead. Supporting the development of the corporate network for internships and jobs, in collaboration with the Partnerships Manager. Supporting the organisation of employment-related events. Profile Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet recurring monthly deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, sponsors, partner companies, and public institutions such as Bruxelles Formation. A genuine interest in supporting students in their transition towards internships and employment. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple files and priorities in parallel. Fluency in French or Dutch, with a strong command of the other national language; English is an asset.
