Jobomschrijving Manage financial operations across investment funds and corporate entities Coordinate fund reporting, audits and related financial processes Support budgeting, forecasting and financial control activities Monitor cash flows, capital calls and investor-related financial operations Ensure compliance with applicable financial, regulatory and governance requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and controls Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience as Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner within venture capital, private equity, investment funds or a VC-backed scale-up environment Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch is a non-mandatory asset. Strong understanding of financial reporting, fund structures and control processes Demonstrated interest in sectors such as fintech, biotech or technology-driven businesses Proactive communicator with a hands-on and detail-oriented mindset
