About this role
We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Maste r to support two mature Agile squad s in a complex IT environment in . The focus of the role is strongly on delivery, coordination and continuous improvemen t across both squads. What we’re looking for : - 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery - Strong IT delivery background - Experience supporting multiple Agile squads - Strong stakeholder management & facilitation skills - Risk, dependency and impediment management - Jira & Confluence - Experience with Cloud environments - Kafka / event-driven architecture knowledge is a strong plus - DevOps / CI/CD knowledge is a plus - English mandatory; French is a plus - Based in Belgium ! | Hybrid l 50% remote Start: 1 October Long-term assignment
