For a client in the Roeselare region, within the food sector , Let's Work is looking for an experienced forklift operator for day shifts . Your main responsibilities will include the safe handling and storage of goods, operating the forklift to a height of up to 8 metres and ensuring a smooth flow of goods to the packaging department. On top of that, you can count on a starting wage of €15.23 per hour , meal vouchers worth €7 per day and attractive working hours from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm . You'll spend most of your day (±90%) operating the forklift You'll be placing octabins and pallets at heights of up to 8 metres in the warehouse You'll be responsible for delivering products to be packaged to the packaging department You scan labels and locations correctly into the system During your work, you ensure a smooth and organised flow of goods You hold a valid forklift certificate You have at least 2 years' experience as a forklift operator , including working at height You communicate fluently in English to work effectively with colleagues Working in a cold environment (deep-freeze) , using a heated forklift truck, is in line with your expectations Working accurately and respecting safety are second nature to you
