About this role

Maintenance & Reliability: Implement and document preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Monitor installations to achieve maximum uptime and ensure operational continuity. Identify root causes of complex technical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions. Participate in an on-call duty rotation. Project Management & Continuous Improvement: Define and execute projects that drive continuous improvements in reliability, capacity, and sustainability Team Coaching & Contractor Management: Train, coach, and support Plant & Facilities Technicians. Evaluate external service providers and contractors based on safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. EHS & Compliance: Prepare reports related to environmental and sustainability requirements. Education & Certifications: Master’s degree in engineering (e.g., Electromechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering). Qualification as an Environmental Coordinator Level A and/or Prevention Advisor is a significant asset. Technical & Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with low- and high-voltage electrical installations, automation systems, and PLC-controlled systems within a process industry environment. Proven experience in supervising, coaching, and managing contractors. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a team-oriented mindset. High standards regarding maintenance quality, operational excellence, and safety. Language Skills: Fluent in English.
