About this role
As a truck mechanic, you’ll be responsible for performing accurate diagnostics and repairs on trucks, with a strong focus on DAF vehicles. You see electrical malfunctions as challenges, read wiring diagrams with ease, and work according to the latest technical guidelines. You communicate clearly with customers and manufacturers about your work and support our branch in Herent when needed. You have a technical diploma (A3/A2) in automotive mechanics or equivalent experience A bachelor’s degree in automotive technology is a plus At least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector You have basic knowledge of electronics and experience with wiring diagrams You can work independently and take responsibility Experience in leading a team is an advantage Good command of English is required A C(E) driver’s license is an asset but not required
