Known for its customer-focused approach and operational excellence, the company is looking to strengthen its Supply Chain department with a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with suppliers, sales teams, and supply chain professionals while contributing to the smooth flow of daily operations. Jobomschrijving As a Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer, you will provide key administrative support to the purchasing and supply chain teams and help ensure an efficient and reliable supply process. Your responsibilities include: Processing and monitoring purchase orders and supplier information Following up on delivery schedules and supplier commitments Ensuring accurate data management within the ERP system Identifying and reporting supply-related issues or discrepancies Supporting Supply Chain Planners with backorders and ongoing deliveries Assisting the sales team with product availability and lead-time inquiries Maintaining smooth communication between suppliers and internal departments Contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience Initial experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics administration or a similar role Fluent in Dutch with a good professional knowledge of French and English Experience working with ERP systems Good Excel skills Strong organizational and administrative abilities Accurate, structured and detail-oriented Proactive and solution-driven mindset Excellent communication and teamwork skills
