About this role
Powering on/off and installing communication equipment (routers/switches) Setting up cable connections (straight-through, crossover, console) Enabling remote access to terminal software via console connection Receiving, transporting, and handling communication equipment Installing and configuring IP phones (with remote support) Performing rack and stack services on-site Create reports which may require pictures from the work area. Reports may be in the client template or created on the internal company platform. Basic knowledge of switches and routers (cisco/microtik/juniper) equipment and connectivity Must have no criminal record Ability to travel to specified locations Independent, dependable, and detail-oriented
