Our client, an international organisation active in technical services and customer support, is undergoing a major digital transformation across its European operations. To support this journey, they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst & Transformation Project Lead . In this key position within the organization , you will drive business improvement initiatives, manage strategic projects, and act as the link between operational teams and IT. Key Responsibilities Project & Programme Management Manage a portfolio of business transformation and IT-related projects. Define priorities, timelines, budgets, and project deliverables. Coordinate stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Business Process Improvement Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation. Drive initiatives focused on standardisation, automation, and digitalisation. Support the development of scalable and efficient operational practices. Requirements Analysis Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Translate operational and commercial needs into clear functional specifications. Ensure requirements are understood by technical teams and external partners. Solution Development Collaborate closely with IT and business systems teams. Evaluate and implement solutions that support both current and future business needs. Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value. Commercial & Supplier Management Support and lead commercial initiatives related to projects and business improvements. Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers. Participate in contract discussions and monitor project budgets and performance. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary contact between business operations and IT teams Build strong relationships across departments and facilitate effective communication. Ensure business priorities are clearly understood and aligned. Has proven experience managing business transformation projects and programmes. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Is comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Possesses strong commercial awareness and can assess the business impact of decisions. Has experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Builds strong working relationships and influences stakeholders at different levels. Thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Has experience working with IT, ERP, CRM, or other business systems teams. Is fluent in English; knowloedge of Dutch and/or French is considered an asset.
