Hoofddoel van de rol Als Controller fungeer je als volwaardige businesspartner voor het management en de verschillende afdelingen. Je ondersteunt strategische en operationele beslissingen door tijdige, correcte en diepgaande financiële analyses, rapporteringen en forecasts, met als doel het realiseren van de ondernemingsdoelstellingen. Je rapporteert aan de CFO en stuurt het finance team aan (4 personen) Kwalificaties en ervaring · Masterdiploma in een financiële of technische richting · Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in controlling of finance · Ervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving · Kennis van costing, forecasting en budgettering · Vlotte kennis van Excel en ERP-systemen · Vloeiende kennis van het Engels
