Project Leader (Construction & Civil Infrastructure) Are you an experienced construction professional who thrives in complex civil engineering environments? Do you combine strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget? We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Construction Execution & Preparation to join a major infrastructure project and take ownership of critical project scopes from preparation through execution. What You'll Be Doing 🔹 Lead project teams across major construction and civil engineering works 🔹 Manage all aspects of your project scope including: Safety Planning Budget Quality Stakeholder management Information management 🔹 Coordinate the transition from design phase to construction phase 🔹 Manage interfaces between multiple project areas and contractors 🔹 Monitor risks, deviations, inspections, and verification activities 🔹 Ensure efficient project delivery while minimizing environmental and community impact 🔹 Drive planning, procurement, execution, and successful project handover What We're Looking For ✅ Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience ✅ Minimum 10 years of construction experience ✅ Strong experience in civil infrastructure projects ✅ Proven leadership experience managing project teams ✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills ✅ Solution-oriented and proactive mindset ✅ Valid VOL-VCA certification ✅ Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of English and French 📍 Location Antwerp Employment Type Freelance or Permanent Employment Compensation negotiable depending on experience Start : ASAP ⚠️ Requirements EU Citizens or candidates with unrestricted EU work authorization only Dutch speaking is mandatory -
