About this role
As a Back-up Team Leader, you help the Team Leader and take over when they are absent. You make sure the warehouse runs smoothly and safely, keeping productivity, quality, and a positive work environment. Your responsibilities: Support and replace the Team Leader when needed Guide and motivate team members on the floor Keep track of productivity, quality, and safety Report progress and any problems to management Suggest improvements to make work more efficient Do you recognize yourself in the items listed below: experience in logistics or warehouse operations leadership skills with a hands-on mentality Communicates in both Dutch and English flexible Works well under pressure and is solution-oriented
