About this role
Responsibilities Define and review the implementation strategy and detailed roadmap for the laboratory execution system. Lead project governance through steering committees and comprehensive status reporting on scope, budget, and risks. Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders within a complex matrix organization to ensure milestone delivery. Oversee the configuration of master data and ensure traceability across requirements and deployment documentation. Manage site readiness, change management activities, and user training to support operational transitions. Ensure project compliance with quality management systems, GxP regulations, and validation standards. Monitor performance through key dashboards and support internal and external audits related to the implementation. Requirements You have 8+ years of experience in project management focusing on LIMS and LES implementations. You possess deep technical knowledge of the LabWare platform and Quality Control (QC) business processes. You bring extensive experience working within GxP regulated environments. You possess expertise in Change Management and site readiness for large-scale software deployments. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under strict deadlines. Knowledge of ALCOA+ data integrity principles. You are fluent in French and English . You are willing to travel between multiple sites, including within Walloon Brabant (Belgium) and Haut-de-France (France) area.
