• Manage the Unified Communications (UC) product portfolio, including product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and lifecycle management. • Oversee product catalogues, SKU management, inventory planning, and order fulfilment to ensure operational accuracy, commercial readiness, and optimal inventory utilisation. • Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, market analysis, and competitive research to drive portfolio growth and innovation. • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, product positioning, and sales enablement initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets. • Monitor product performance, financial metrics, and market trends, and drive continuous improvements to maximize adoption, customer value, and commercial success. • Build and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support product development and business objectives. • Cross collaboration with vendor, sales, solution architects and more to ensure successful product delivery, customer satisfaction, and business performance. • Prepare and conduct product training, demos and enablement sessions for internal and external stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in product management, unified communications, telecommunications or ICT. • Strong understanding of unified communications, voice, collaboration, and communication technologies. • Proven track record of managing product portfolios and driving business growth. • Experience developing product strategies and managing vendor/customer partnerships. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Candidates with less experience may also be considered for the Product Executive or Senior Product Executive level, depending on relevant experience and overall suitability for the role.
