Purpose of the role > Day to day Master Data Management Processes (Vendor Master Data Management) > Validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data for management reporting and planning, budgeting and forecasting purposes across IAG. > Assistance to Enterprise Data Specialist, Enterprise Data Team Lead and Manager. > Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP (SAP Ariba), SAP MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedure > Execute changes to SAP master data (onboarding, changes, deactivation, blocking) as approved by the business Responsibilities
• Day to day Master Data Management Processes (Vendor Master Data Management). • Validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data for management reporting and planning, budgeting and forecasting purposes across IAG. • Assistance to Enterprise Data Specialist, Enterprise Data Team Lead and Manager. • Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP (SAP Ariba), SAP MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedure • Execute changes to SAP master data (on boarding, changes, deactivation, blocking) as approved by the business. Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
• Finance, Accounting or relevant degree • Excellent written and spoken English; good knowledge of Spanish would be an asset • Ability to priorities and maintain clear focus in constant ambiguity and change • Effective team-working skills and problem-solving attitude • Excellent communication skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of SAP/ Ariba would be an asset • Analytical and lateral thinking skills and attention to details • 1 year of experience in an international environment (SSC/GBS) • Master Data experience would be an asset What we offer: The chance to enjoy a challenging career in an exciting, fast-moving environment in a dynamic industry.
