• Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move and load materials • Inspect, maintain, and report equipment conditions to ensure reliable operation • Support production goals by supplying material to crushers, conveyors, and stockpiles • Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities What Are We Looking For
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently • Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures • Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment • Skill in identifying equipment issues and reporting them promptly • Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to learn site processes Conditions of Employment
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment
• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer
• $26.87 per hour • Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension • Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays • Eligible employees can earn up to a $1,250 performance-based retention bonus each quarter, paid quarterly based on achievement of established performance metrics.
