This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Grab's Omnicommerce strategy. You will play a key role in driving the growth of various O2O initiatives such as Dine Out Deals, Reservations, Loyalty Programs, and other Offline-to-Online solutions that enhance user engagement and deliver measurable impact to our merchant partners.
From ideation and strategy to execution and scaling, you'll be at the forefront of building new growth engines for Grab
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Build tailored pitch decks to unlock new merchant opportunities, especially in the F&B space.Ensure a steady pipeline of quality leads and more effective merchant acquisition.Facilitate collaborative efforts with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional calendars, schemes, and deals that drive merchant engagement and customer acquisition.Design and deploy sales playbooks and toolkits to empower internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging and effective campaign execution across functions.Equip teams to engage and convert merchants, ensuring scalability and stronger sales execution.Develop strategic engagement plans that go beyond deal tracking and focus on long-term merchant success. What Essential Skills You Will Need
At least 2 years of experience in F&B business development, sales operations, or marketing.Experience with the F&B business landscape.Ideation and crafting pitch decks.Communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, manage time, prioritize tasks, and drive from strategy to execution.Ambitious, self-driven, and highly motivated individual who can learn fast and adapt well.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.Attention to detail and results-driven approach.
