Mobility is the key service at Grab. "Strategy and BizOps - Mobility team" is responsible for aligning business direction and executing initiatives across all services nationwide. Our goal is to offer the best transportation services to passengers while providing job opportunities for drivers. By joining our team, you will be part of a committed group working to make a positive impact in everyday lives across Thailand. You will work onsite in Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Own and drive key supply performance metrics and exploiting opportunities to drive and capture growth for Grab mobility businessTransform large sets of data toanalyse and get insights to make business decisions in special projectscontinuously evolve strategies to incentivize and shift drivers' behavior and maintain healthy retention rateoptimize and strengthen core services of Grab transport businesses countrywide with regional marketplace teamManage multiple, critical, time-sensitive initiatives with stakeholders across the organization to ensure quick and effective executionOn-ground visit key cities to gather insights, opportunities for both drivers and passengers and propose growth strategies What Essential Skills You Will Need
A Bachelor's Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, and or similar fieldsAt least 2 years of work experienceA passion to solve problems, with strong quantitative, creative, data analysis and project management skillsVery good English proficiencyThe Nice-to-Haves
